Our menus can be tailored to your event from the basic burgers,sausages and chicken kebabs or something a bit more special like our Brazilian flavoured Picahna steaks. We can provide the whole package from Chefs,Waiters,Serving stations or just simply provide the meat for you to cook.

Menu A (£15 per head) Minimum Charge £400

• 1/4lb burgers (Brioche* or Burger baps)
• Sausages (Mixed Flavours – Olde English,Plain Pork,Lime & Chili
• Mixed Kebabs (Chicken/Lamb/Beef)
• Chicken Drumsticks (BBQ,Jerk or Plain)
• Home made Coleslaw

Menu B (£20 per head) Minimum Minimum Charge £400

• 1/4lb burgers (Brioche* or Burger baps)
• Sausages (Mixed Flavours – Olde English,Plain Pork,Lime & Chili
• Mixed Kebabs (Chicken/Lamb/Beef)
• Picanha Rump Steaks Churrasco style
• Shoulder of Lamb marinated in Garlic,Rosemary and Mint
• Home made Coleslaw
• Roast New Potatoes or Potato Salad
