When can I collect my order?
If you choose to collect your order at the shop you can do so after midday the day after you placed the order or at any future date of your choosing (excluding Sunday). If you place an order on Saturday your order will be ready to collect on Monday.
Cancellations and returns
As our products are supplied fresh and prepared to order, we regret that once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel that order, and refunds cannot be given. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory please contact us on 01375 672174 immediately. Please do not return the goods without contacting us.
