The Whole Chicken Leg is the drumstick-thigh combination. The whole leg differs from the leg quarter in that id does not contain a portion of the back. Probably the cheapest cut of the Chicken and arguably the most flavoursome.
Great for Casseroles or just plain roasted in the oven with Salt,Pepper and Tarragon or Thyme.We can also add flavours on request,Smoky BBQ,Tandoori,Jamaican Jerk or Thai Lemongrass.
